Our first consultancy principle is that your organisation is unique.  Understanding and respecting what is different about your environment is the key to being able to assist.

 

The second principle is that because of that difference, most management tools and concepts require adaptation to work effectively in your environment.

 

The third principle that drives this consultancy is alignment.  Strategy and supporting change interventions will fail to deliver in the long term unless they are aligned with the other elements of organisation design and culture. 

 

The fourth principle follows.  A whole-of-organisation perspective is essential to the design and planning of effective change interventions.

 

This consultancy is built on that whole-of-organisation change leadership experience.

 

The Director has previously had responsibility for the alignment and balance of major change programs and been closely involved in adapting and applying current management concepts such as process re-engineering, knowledge management and Balanced Scorecard.

 

We also have developed and adapted a number of tools designed to work for the unusual organisation.

 

Having been a client of consulting firms, we have personally experienced the frustrations of ‘one-size-fits-all’ consulting solutions!

 

As a result, we have a particular interest in being able to assist unusual organisations to find the solutions that work for them.
