The focus of this consultancy is on customising and adapting solutions for your organisation. That can take the form of adapting widely used techniques and models or we also offer our own small set of copyrighted techniques and tools that have been developed over the past ten years and seem to work pretty well. Of course, customisation is not always needed, and where it fits we use common consulting techniques that work .
