Once upon a time . . . one of The Navigator Company key tools is a leadership coaching framework named TheStoryteller©. The concept is born out of our search for a simpler, faster and more intuitive way to create more powerful leadership.
Our experience has been that much of the material and learning around leadership from this century has been so dense, detailed and abstract that it condemns itself to use in the classroom.
The insights of the StoryTeller© can be simplified to these three themes: · People make sense of their world through stories; · Leadership is a process of inspiring others to a course of action; · The process of leadership can be thought about as creating and reinforcing powerful stories.
The insights of the StoryTeller©are available in customised training and coaching programs which we will adapt to your environment. |
